Good things take time and don’t come easy.  Ask anyone who has succeeded and I’m sure they can tell you times they have failed and how they put in more hours and effort then you can image.  You must have drive, passion and determination to succeed.  This applies to everything; job, lifestyle, health, fitness, etc.

When it comes to being fit it takes a mindset that you can do anything and are willing to do what it takes.  As much as we wish, abs don’t just appear and biceps don’t just grow.  You must spend time in the gym and prep in the kitchen.

  • Map a Plan – with realistic deadlines/date goals
  • Take the first step – you can do it
  • Find supporters
  • Get a workout buddy
