Best Whey Protein Snack

At least in my opinion it is.  This is my go to healthy  pre-workout snack, post workout snack or in just in between.  It combines all of the necessary macronutrients;  healthy carbohydrates, healthy fats and the best whey protein that your body needs to deliver a high performance workout and on the flip side to recover.

  • Healthy Carbohydrates – For Energy and Glycogen Replenishment.
  • Best Whey Protein Source – For Muscle Building.

Note: Make sure to choose a banana that is not overly ripe.  As a banana begins to ripen it contains more simple sugar.

How to:

Slice a banana small banana in half and then again down the middle.  Slather 1 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter onto the the flat side of the sliced banana.  Sprinkle BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies on top of the spread peanut butter.
