BodyCrunch High Protein Cereal Bars

When you are on the run it is great to be able to Grab and Go. These healthy and tasty BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies cereal bars are great for breakfast on the run or as a high protein snack any time. Satisfy your need for protein, fiber and something a little sweet all in one handy treat.

Ingredients

1 c. Body 360 BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies, natural flavor. You can use chocolate flavor also.

3 c. toasted oat cereal, Cheerios, Toasted O’s or Joe’s O’s

½ c. light corn syrup

½ c. almond butter

½ c. chopped almonds

1/4 c. light brown sugar

 

Prep

Mix the Body360 Whey Protein Crunchies, Toasted O’s cereal, dried fruit and nuts in a large bowl. Heat the corn syrup, almond butter and brown sugar over medium heat until boiling. Be careful it does not burn and stir mixture constantly. Pour mixture over cereal mix and stir until all is coated. Press firmly into a greased 8 or 9 inch square baking dish and allow it to cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.

It is easy to be creative with these bars. Just change the type of dried fruit, the nut butter, the nuts and the Body360 Whey Protein Crunchies flavor you use and you can keep your taste buds interested and enjoying these treats for a quite a while. So delicious!
