  • 2 servings of quick oats
  • 1 scoop of cookies and cream whey protein powder or any flavor of your choice.
  • 1 serving of BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies
  • 1 serving sugar free chocolate syrup.


Prepare quick oats as directed on the package. After oats are prepared add one scoop of the best whey protein powder.
