These are by far the easiest Banana Muffins I have ever made. All done in one bowl, no fuss, no bother. You can be done with the whole process in about 30 minutes including bake time. I have made them so many times for family, friends and demos for our product. They are always a hit and are a great way to use up your ripe bananas. I add either natural or chocolate BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies and I use light olive oil instead of butter.

3 large bananas
½ cup of sugar or equivalent sugar substitute of your choice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup light olive oil
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Chocolate chips (optional
1 cup BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies – Cocoa or Natural Flavor
Mash bananas, add sugar or sugar substitute of your choice and the slightly beaten egg. Stir in the light olive oil. Add in dry ingredients. Spoon into medium size muffin tray. Use paper muffin cups inside muffin pan. Bake 20- 25 minutes at 350F or until golden.
