BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies with Greek Yogurt, Fruit and Cereal

This is one of our personal favorites for breakfast. It is packed with the best whey protein, fiber and it tastes great. It takes only a minute or two to put together and is seriously delicious and satisfying. Enjoy!

Ingredients

½ c. plain, fat-free Greek Yogurt, I prefer Fage, but any flavor will work fine.

¼ c.  BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies – Cocoa Flavor, natural flavor works well, too

½ of medium banana sliced. Use berries or any other fruit you prefer or use a combination.

½ c. Kashi Good Friends Cereal, the Toasted Trio of Flakes, Twigs and Granola

Layer all ingredients in a bowl and combine. Eat immediately in order to really enjoy the CRUNCH!
