- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 8 oz. Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cups of BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies – Natural Flavor
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tsp Brown Sugar Splenda Blend.
Preheat oven to 350F. Pie Crust – In a food processor, blend Body Crunch Whey Protein Crunchies into small size crumbs. Combine BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies crumbs and 2 tbs. brown sugar splenda in a medium size mixing bowl. Stir in Melted Butter. Mix throughly. Firmly pack in a 9″ pie pan until bottom and sides are completely covered. Bake for 8 minutes. Let pie crust cool. Filling – Blend cream cheese, fat free Cool Whip, splenda and vanilla together until fluffy with a hand mixer. Fill pie crust with mixture. Chill for 2 hours. Serves 8.
