Pumpkin Power Pancakes and Waffles with BodyCrunch by Team360’s Ted Kelliher

Ah, autumn is here. Hot chocolate, pecan pie, halloween candy . . . What am I saying?! Don’t let your summer progress go to waste, mantain those abs, make those gains, and eat right throughout the year (with the occasional cheat day snuck in there).   Pumpkin is the season’s most popular vegetable this time of year, so to curb those holiday cravings, here is a healthy pumpkin pancake and waffle recipe that will keep you on track and feeling guiltless to the new year.


  • 1/4 c Body360 BodyCrunch Whey Crunchies
  • 1/2 c oats
  • 1/2 c canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp stevia
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 whole egg 3/4 c egg whites

Ted Kelliher is a former MA native who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Since his teenage years he became passionately involved in music and bodybuilding. Both of which were positive influences on his move to LA in his mid 20’s. To fit his busy life style, he can only afford to work out 3 days a week during the off season, much less than any competitive body builder would recommend, but he makes it work to his advantage. When it is time to dial in his physique for competition, he does what he can with the little time he has by squeezing in 5 gym sessions a week at most if he is lucky. Constantly tweaking his diet and exercise program to make ends meet, Kelliher does his best to stay on top.
